This is a portal where everyone can submit their request 24/7, making it easier for Filipinos to seek help, wherever they are.

This refers to requests for all nonmedical assistance in coordination with offices of Senators, other government agencies, and in partnership with the private sector.
Ang mga pasyente sa mga DOH hospital ay maaaring mag-apply para sa medical assistance.
Sa kasalukuyan ay limitado lamang sa mga DOH hospitals at iba pang public hospitals ang pinagkakalooban ng medical assistance.

Ang mga indibidwal o pamilya na humaharap sa matinding pangangailangan o mga pagsubok at walang kakayahang pinansyal ay maaaring mag-apply ng social assistance.
Ang Guarantee Letter (GL) ay hindi maaaring ipagpalit sa pera at nagsisilbing tugon lamang sa medikal na pangangailan. Ito ay ini-issue bilang garantiya sa pagbabayad ng serbisyong medikal sa mga pampublikong ospital.
Ang mga sumusunod na dokumento ay kailangan upang ma-proseso ang medical assistance:
Personal na liham para sa isang Senador na lalapitan o hihingan ng medical assistance
Medical Certificate o Clinical Abstract
Quotation of medicines/hospital bills
Kopya ng ID ng pasyente at ng representative nito
Accomplished SPAO Medical Assistance Form
